Norma has 30 years of experience in the retail advertising business. For the past 23 years she has been with the Kroger Company starting her tenure as a production coordinator for all print and media for the Columbus Marketing Area. In addition, she served as an event planner working and coordinating events with the March of Dimes, Columbus Zoo, Children's Hospital, Easter Seals, Eastern Kiwanis and has served as a Kroger business planner. She currently serves as an Advertising Assistant to the Ad Manager. 

With her many years of experience and expertise, Norma has also provided guidance and council as she has served on the board of the March of Dimes, Advisory Council for Pepe's Playhouse, Eastern Kiwanis and staff member for the World of Children, Inc.
