Suzan is a graduate of Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Her 13-year career in the marketing, business administration, fund raising arena began in 1989 at The Ohio Company - a Midwest regional investment firm. She assisted the Senior Vice President in the management of the Sales Department, overseeing the regional and national sales conferences.
Her skills and successful tenure complimented her growing interest in serving the needs of troubled children. Sought after by the nonprofit community, in 1997, Suzan joined the Hannah Neil Center for Children as development associate. She is dedicated to raising public awareness and funding for the programs to benefit the troubled children helped by Starr Commonwealth's Hannah Neil Center. Her primary responsibility became the planning, orchestration and implementation of the inaugural World of Children Award celebration. In January 2002, Suzan was named Director of Operations for World of Children, Inc. With a strong commitment to the world's most precious resource...its children...she devotedly provides direction and expertise in the area of promotion and management for the Hannah Neil World of Children Awards.
