| Grace Nichols recently retired as President and CEO of Victoria’s Secret Stores where she served since 1986 when the brand’s sales were only $100 million. She is credited with building Victoria’s Secret into the mega-brand that it is today with sales of over $4 billion. Prior to joining Victoria’s Secret, Grace worked at Carter Hawley Hale in Los Angeles where she held positions of increasing responsibility until she left in 1986 with the title of VP and GMM for women’s apparel. Currently Grace serves as Chairman of the Board of New York & Company (NYSE) and Men’s Wearhouse (NYSE). She joined the World of Children Award's Board of Governors in 2007. |
