Annette Andre, World of Children Awards Administrative Assistant, has a deep love for world cultures, international travel and history. She has contributed significantly as a volunteer, and communications specialist for the Central Tibetan Administration in Dharamsala, India, and for The Forgotten International in San Francisco, CA. As a certified English/Writing Tutor, she lived in Italy, teaching English as a second language. She graduated from San Jose State University with a B.A. in Journalism in 2006, and later volunteered with The Tibetan Bulletin, Tibet.net and TibetOnlineTV. Her international travels include Spain, Australia, Ireland, England, Italy, India, Thailand and Laos.
