Francis L. Fraenkel is a native of New Orleans that has now lived in New York City for over 30 years. He is currently Managing Director of Neuberger Berman, a leading money management firm in NY. In the 1970's, Francis was a Partner at Loeb Rhoades & Co., and then joined Shearson American Express where he served in numerous positions until resigning as Chairman and CEO of the Lehman Management Co. in 1989. In 1991, he founded Delta Capital Management which was subsequently acquired by Neuberger Berman. Francis is a graduate of the Tulane University School of Business where he was named outstanding Alumnus in 1983. Mr. Fraenkel joined the World of Children Board of Governors in 2007 and now serves on the Development Committee.
