Kay Isaacson-Leibowitz is a leading fashion retail expert who currently sits on the Board of Directors of GUESS?, Inc. (NYSE) and Coldwater Creek (NASDAQ). She retired from management in 2003 after 10 years as the Executive Vice President and GMM of Victoria's Secret (Limited Brands) and prior to that as Acting President of Banana Republic. Kay's career has spanned some 38 years in the fashion industry. Kay is a past Chair of the Advisory Board of The City University of New York Honors College. She has also been involved in philanthropy for a long time, having been an early supporter of Brian's House for children with HIV/AIDS in Dallas, Texas and a Board member of Chances For Children which was founded by the Duchess of York. Kay is co-founder of World of Children and is married to its founder, Harry Leibowitz. Kay joined the World of Children Board of Governors in 2001 and she now Chairs the Nominating Committee, and serves on the Development Committee and the Communications Committee.
