| Roberta Romberg received her B.A. with honors from Jackson College (Tufts University), her J.D. from New York University School of Law, and an advanced diploma in graduate legal studies from the University of Stockholm (Sweden). She has over thirty years of experience as both outside and inside legal counsel and a senior executive for a wide range of businesses, ranging from mature Fortune 100 public companies to new ventures, as well as two periods of government service, focusing on general business and corporate law, securities, aviation and business aircraft, and labor and employment law. Roberta currently lives in the San Francisco Bay area and practices law there with the firm of Allen Matkins. Roberta joined the World of Children Board of Governors in 2007 and now serves as Secretary, and as a Member of the Executive Committee. |
